Epoxy Finishes in Custom Fit-outs
We do not sell epoxy flooring systems. We use epoxy selectively as a workshop-applied finish for custom counters, tables and decorative details when the project concept genuinely calls for it.
What we manufacture with it
Standchi is not a material supplier. Selected counter and table finishes, wood-and-resin details and small decorative elements produced under controlled workshop conditions. Epoxy flooring is not a core Standchi service.

Why we use it in commercial fit-outs
Epoxy is a coating that, by mixing two components (resin + hardener), turns from liquid into a hard, seamless and glossy surface. In our work it is limited to selected counter, table and decorative details produced in the workshop.
- Coating epoxy: A thin, glossy and durable layer over an existing surface.
- Casting epoxy: Clear/coloured volumetric forms poured into a mould (river table).

- Counter / table coating: Glossy, seamless, waterproof surface.
- Decorative casting: Wood-epoxy combinations, coloured/metallic effects.
Effects & colour
With clear, coloured, metallic-pigment, pearl and 'ocean/marble' effects, each surface becomes unique; a matt or high-gloss finish can be chosen.

- Resistant to chemicals and wear
Points to consider
- Application is delicate — temperature, humidity and workmanship are critical
- Scratches can be visible on high-gloss surfaces
- Very hot contact and constant UV can affect the surface
After installation
Wiped with a damp soft cloth; abrasives and harsh solvents are avoided. On high-gloss surfaces a microfibre cloth reduces marks. Hot pans should not be placed directly, and cutting should be done on a board.
