Privacy and Cookie Policy

This page explains which personal data we process when you use standchi.com, why, and how. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Standchi is the international brand of Stand Dünyası.
2. What data we process
2.1. Contact form
When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you select and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through the Web3Forms service. We use this data to answer your request and prepare a quote.
2.2. WhatsApp, phone and email
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the contact details and messages you share are processed for the same purpose. WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.
2.3. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, the following tools are loaded:
- Google Analytics 4: Statistics such as pages visited, visit duration, device type and approximate location.
- Microsoft Clarity: Click and scroll heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. Clarity runs in "strict masking" mode: page text and anything you type into forms are not recorded.
If you choose "Decline", these tools are not loaded at all.
2.4. Visitor counter (only with your consent)
For the live visitor statistics on the home page, your browser sends a request to ipwho.is (or, as a fallback, ipapi.co) to determine your country; these services see your IP address. Only the country code and a visit count are written to our database (Google Firebase). Your IP address, name or browser fingerprint are not stored. The counter runs only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner; if you choose "Decline", no request is sent.
2.5. Hosting
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, the server briefly processes technical logs such as IP address and browser information.

5. Sharing of data
We never sell your data. It is shared only with the following service providers, to deliver the services described above:
- Google (Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics)
- Microsoft (Clarity)
- Web3Forms (form delivery)
- ipwho.is and ipapi.co (country detection)
These providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU. Transfers for analytics and the visitor counter are based on your consent; other transfers follow KVKK Art. 9 and the applicable GDPR safeguards.
6. Retention
- Contact and quote correspondence: Kept for the duration of the process and any legal retention period.
- Analytics data: Limited to the Google and Microsoft durations listed above.
- Visitor counter: Contains totals only.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:
- Know whether your data is processed
- Access your data and receive a copy
- Ask for correction, deletion or restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing)
Send your request to master@standdunyasi.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or with the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
