A design and manufacture partner, not just a designer
Most showroom projects are split between a design studio, a joinery shop and an installation crew — three contracts, three schedules, three chances for details to get lost. Standchi is a showroom design and build company: concept, 3D design, custom millwork and bespoke joinery, logistics and installation guidance all come from one team and one 700 m² workshop.

- Manufacture: display units, plinths, counters, wall systems and feature elements produced to measure.
- Delivery: flat pack shipping worldwide with numbered parts and video-guided self-installation — no site crew to fly in.

Every product category displays differently. We build dedicated approaches for each showroom type:

How much does a showroom fit out cost?
Showroom fit out cost depends on four factors: floor area, display density (how much custom joinery per square metre), material selection and lighting complexity. Because we manufacture in our own workshop and ship flat pack, two of the biggest cost lines of a traditional fit out — local subcontractor margins and a travelling installation crew — largely disappear.
- Design fee: showroom design starts at €1,250 — and is deducted from the production invoice if we also manufacture your fit out.
- Timeline: design takes roughly 15 days; manufacturing starts at one month and scales with project size. Shipping is quoted separately by destination.
- Budget control: the 3D design fixes the scope before production begins, so the quote you approve is the fit out you receive.
How we handle it at Standchi
We work from your floor plan and product list: concept and layout first, then a full 3D design you approve, then production in our workshop with photo and video updates at every stage. The finished showroom ships as numbered flat pack modules with video installation guidance — your own team assembles it in days, not weeks.
