What does it cover?
Food service turns a kiosk into a small commercial kitchen. We resolve it as one system:
- Service line: prep, cook and hand-over zones in the order your menu actually runs, so staff never cross paths.
- Hygiene surfaces: stainless and compact laminate where food touches, coved junctions, no dust-catching profiles.
- Extraction & equipment: we design the housing around the extraction unit and equipment you specify, and mark clearances on the technical drawing.
- Waste & storage: separated bins, dry storage and cold storage placed so restocking doesn't block service.
Ice cream, bakery, juice and street-food formats use the same shell with different equipment plans.
Why does it matter?
A food kiosk that fails the mall's hygiene inspection doesn't open, and one where staff cross paths at lunchtime loses throughput exactly when it matters. Both are decided in the layout, not on site. We fix the equipment plan and the service direction in the 3D design so the mall approves once and the workshop builds exactly that.
Why isn't there a fixed price on this page?
Because the price is set by the material, not the dimensions. The same counter can be built from a sheet that costs €100 and from one that costs €500 — same drawing, same size, a fivefold difference. And form sets the labour: curves, radii and 45° mitred joints are finished by hand, turning a twenty-five-day job into thirty-two.
So a number given without a detailed project is a guess, not a price. If you have drawings, send them and we price to scope. If you don't, we draw it: €1.250 for a mall kiosk or product display unit, €2.500 for a café, restaurant, store or showroom — and the whole fee is deducted from the production invoice if we also manufacture.
