- Sample stations: fabric, leather and finish libraries where custom orders happen.
- Flexible infrastructure: settings rebuild every season — the walls, plinths and lighting have to move with them.

- Context sells: a sofa in a staged room outsells the same sofa in a row of sofas.
- Route length is revenue: the further customers walk comfortably, the more collections they meet.
- Seasons change: a showroom that can't be rearranged cheaply falls behind its own catalogue.
