A restaurant is a machine that has to look effortless. Covers per service, the route a plate takes, where a guest chooses to sit — all of it is decided at the drawing stage. We handle restaurant interior design and build as one job: the design, the custom millwork, and a shipment that arrives ready to assemble.

Restaurant projects usually run through three parties: a designer draws it, a joinery shop reads the drawings its own way, and a contractor assembles the result. Standchi is a restaurant design and build company — concept, 3D design, custom millwork and bespoke joinery come from one team and one Istanbul workshop.
Four decisions carry most of the result. Each has its own page:
Also relevant: seating layout and bar counter design.
Restaurant fit out cost is driven by four things: floor area, how much custom joinery there is per square metre, material segment and lighting complexity. Because we manufacture in our own workshop and ship flat pack, two lines that inflate a normal fit out — local subcontractor margins and a travelling installation crew — largely disappear from your quote.
We start from your floor plan, your menu and your target covers: concept and layout first, then a full 3D design you approve, then production with photo and video updates at every stage. Everything is test-assembled in the workshop before packing and ships as numbered flat pack modules — your own team or a local fitter puts it together in days.
No site visit is needed. We guide the survey remotely and tell you exactly what to measure and photograph — see how we work.
Send us your floor plan, menu and target covers — we'll design the restaurant, manufacture it in our workshop and ship it ready for easy installation.
